mossly is made slowly, by one person. if something isn't working, or you just have a question about keeping a plant, write to us. a real human reads every message.
we usually reply within two days, often sooner. it helps to tell us your iphone model and which build you're on (you'll find it in me at the bottom of the app).
show her a clear photo in good light, one plant filling most of the frame. she offers a careful name and some care notes, and she's honest about how sure she is. if she only thinks she might be right, she'll say so. you can always correct her or name a plant by hand.
no. you can keep a whole garden on your device without signing in. an account is optional, it just lets your plants follow you to another device and keeps them safe if you lose your phone.
turn on notifications and mossly sends a quiet reminder when a plant is likely thirsty. she speaks only when she has something to say, no streak nagging, no daily noise.
not getting reminders? check that notifications are allowed in iphone settings › mossly › notifications, and that reminders are enabled in the app.
subscriptions are handled by apple, not by mossly. to view, change, or cancel, open iphone settings › your name › subscriptions and choose mossly. cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.
on the same apple id you purchased with, open me › restore purchases in the app. your plan comes back without paying again.
you own your garden. you can ask for a copy of your data, or delete your account and everything in it, by writing to hello@mossly.net. deleted account data is removed from our servers within 30 days. the full details live in our privacy policy.
anything we didn't cover, anything broken, or a plant you can't make sense of, send it our way. a screenshot helps. we'd rather hear from you than have you give up on her.
